All animals must be shipped in an appropriately sized crate (we can help make sure you’ve got one that fits the standards) provided by the sending or receiving facility. We can transport almost anything up to the size of a polar bear!
We are fully registered and licensed with all required interstate DOT and FMCSA agencies. We hold a USDA Class T certificate. We follow IATA standards and are fully insured. We will provide copies of all of our credentials on request and for each client institution.

If you’re looking for ground transportation for your zoo animals, look into Wild Ride Animal Transport. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Brittany was great with communicating with me and also with my breeder, both before and during transport. She is a vet, and her company has received some AZA recognition, so I felt comfortable with my owls in her care. It is getting more and more difficult to rely on airlines to move animals from one place to another, and it is nerve wracking worrying about the conditions they might be exposed to when they fly cargo. It’s great to have the option to hire a ground transportation team that is skilled to provide professional care and monitoring for the duration of the trip. Our baby owls arrived happy and healthy. I would absolutely use them again.

Flamingos and Lemur
We utilized Wild Ride Animal Transport LLC to transport flamingos and a Lemur from other facilities. Brittany was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and flexible to coordinate with making it very easy to get both species from two separate facilities on the same trip. They have GPS tracking to monitor their location while the animals in transit. With Brittany having a background as a Veterinarian, it put our mind at ease knowing if something happens mid transport, she will have the knowledge and abilities to resolve the issue.
